After over 40 years of operating a dairy and beef brood cow farm we have sold the farm and are moving into our new home down the road. We have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction here on the farm to sell our tractors, farm equipment and other items. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your time, consideration & support.  Very best regards, Steve & Denise Knox

Steve and Denise are the second generation on this farmstead. They milked a small herd of Red & White Holsteins for nearly 40 years, selling the herd in 2015. The last 8 years they kept a herd of Red Angus brood cows and raised most of the feeders to market weight. The tractors and equipment have always been well maintained and most pieces have been housed in pole barns, ready for field work this spring. Most items have owner’s manuals.

Online pre-bidding available soon with Live/Online simulcast bidding on tractors and equipment starting approx. 11:00AM on Auction day.

TERMS: Cash or good check day of auction. Master Card or VISA with 5% service fee.
